Short films are not inferior,just different

We think the short gives a freedom to film-makers. What's appealing is that you don't have as much responsibility for storytelling and plot. They can be more like a portrait, or a poem

• Every student must register in Sarvagnya'16..
• Short film should not be more than 15 minutes.
• It should convey a moral or sholuld provide entertainment without critisizing anyone.
• Ad Making should be of 2-3 minutes.
• 3 members from a team are allowed to present their short film
• Registrations will be on-spot here
• Bring your short film on a CD or DVD.
• Don't compromise with the projection quality of the film even though it is not a major concern.
• The decision of the judgment panel will be final.
